- 2 Pie Crusts
- 1-3 cups of Turkey
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups frozen mixed veggies
- 1/3 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
Directions

1Heat oven to 425. In medium pan, melt butter, stir in flour, salt and pepper. Cook stirring constantly until mixture is bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in broth and milk. Heat to boiling and stir for 1 minute. Add turkey and veggies, remove from heat. Put mixture into crust. Place 2nd crust over filling. Flute edges. Cut slits in several places.

2Bake at 425 for 35-40 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
