  • 1 cup diced cooked turkey
  • pastry for 1-crust 9-inch pie
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 cup cholesterol-free egg product
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. diced pimentos
  • 1/2 tsp. ground sage
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

Directions

    Spread turkey in bottom of crust.

    Combine skim milk, egg substitute, parsley, pimiento, sage and pepper; pour mixture over turkey.

    Bake at 350F for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
