  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 c. cream of celery or mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 oz.) can green peas, drained
  • 1/4 c. chopped pimiento
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 c. cooked chopped turkey

Directions

    Place rice in a greased 2-quart casserole.

    Combine soup, mayonnaise, peas, pimiento, salt, pepper and turkey.

    Pour over rice.

    Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
