- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. cream of celery or mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 (8 oz.) can green peas, drained
- 1/4 c. chopped pimiento
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 c. cooked chopped turkey
Directions

1Place rice in a greased 2-quart casserole.

2Combine soup, mayonnaise, peas, pimiento, salt, pepper and turkey.

3Pour over rice.

4Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
