Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, divided
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 to 3 lb. fresh turkey breast roast
- 3 medium onions cut into fourths
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2Mix paprika, butter, garlic salt and pepper flakes; spread over turkey.

3Place turkey on rack in rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inches.

4Add onions to pan, dot with 2 tablespoons butter.

5Roast at 170° about 1 1/2 hours.

6Place turkey on warm platter, keep warm.

7Shake water, flour and cornstarch and 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt in lightly covered container.

8Place onions and pan drippings in saucepan, stir in flour mixture.

9Cook over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until mixture thickens and boils.

10Salt and pepper to taste.

11Cut turkey into slices.

12Serve with sauce.
