- 4 lb. (4 to 5 c.) cooked, cubed turkey breast
- 1 c. diagonal-cut celery
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. cream
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- lettuce leaves
Directions

1Combine turkey, celery, green pepper and onion; mix well. Combine mayonnaise, cream, vinegar, salt and pepper.

2Add to turkey mixture; mix well.

3Refrigerate.

4To serve, arrange lettuce leaves on serving plates.

5Spoon turkey mixture onto a bed of fresh crisp lettuce.
