Ingredients

  • 2 c. chopped fresh spinach
  • 5 oz. cooked turkey, cut into 1/2-inch strips
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can asparagus spears, drained and chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. commercial no-oil Italian dressing
  • 1/4 c. prepared mustard

Directions

    Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; cover and chill. Combine Italian dressing and mustard, stirring until blended. Pour over salad and toss gently to coat.
