  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lb. fresh turkey slices (uncooked)

Directions

    Beat egg, milk and oil together.

    Dip turkey slices in egg mixture, then in crumbs.

    Place in a single layer in greased baking pan.

    Bake 15 minutes at 425°, turning once.
