Turkey Steaks Recipe

- 1 pound turkey breast, boned, skinned
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp. chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon tamari or possibly soy sauce
- Chopped parsley or possibly chives
Directions

1Cut the turkey breast into four serving pcs.

2Flatten each piece by placing it between 2 sheets of waxed paper and pounding with a mallet till about 1/4 inch thick.

3Heat the butter in large skillet.

4Add in the turkey and saute/fry for 5 to 7 min on each side.

5Remove from pan, add in the mushroom stock and tamari to the skillet.

6Cook till mushrooms have released their liquid and most of liquid has evaporated.

7Spoon the mushroom over the steaks and garnish if you like.
