  • 8 quarts water
  • 3 carrots in thirds
  • 3 celery ribs in thirds
  • 1 whole onion quartered
  • 1/2 bundle Italian flat parsley
  • 6 clove garlic
  • 6 fresh sage leaf
  • 2 bay leaf
  • 1 sprig Rosemary
  • 3 sprig thyme
  • Mushroom peelings and stems
  • Salt and pepper *per cooks preference

    Bring to boil and then summer three hours
