- 1 lb ground turkey
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 3 12 cups water
- 1 (1 1/2 ounce) package beef stroganoff sauce mix
- 3 cups medium egg noodles (6 oz.)
- 12 cup sour cream
- chopped parsley, if desired (optional)
Directions

1In skillet, crumble ground turkey, sprinkle with pepper.

2Cook over medium-high heat 5-6 minutes, stirring frequently, until turkey is no longer pink.

3Stir in water, sauce mix and noodles.

4Heat to boiling.

5Stir, reduce heat to medium-low.

6Cover, cook 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.

7Stir in sour cream.

8Cook and stir just until thoroughly heated.
