  • 1 loaf bread, torn up
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. dried soup greens
  • 3 Tbsp. dry minced onions
  • 1 pkg. chicken Ramen noodle seasoning (not the noodles)
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Pour melted butter over torn bread.

    Mix greens, onions, boiling water and seasoning together.

    Then add eggs.

    Stir all ingredients and pour over bread.

    Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
