Ingredients

  • 2 lb. lean ground meat (turkey or hamburger)
  • 2 Tbsp. ground cumin
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onions
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • garlic to taste

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Form balls (about golf ball size), then flatten. These may be fried, baked in oven (350°) for approximately 3 to 5 minutes per side or barbecued. When cooked, they should resemble small hamburger patties.
