- 1/4 c. finely chopped onions
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- garlic to taste
Directions

2Form balls (about golf ball size), then flatten. These may be fried, baked in oven (350°) for approximately 3 to 5 minutes per side or barbecued. When cooked, they should resemble small hamburger patties.
