- 1 cup Almonds
- 2 cups Water
- 1/4 cups Turmeric Root, Sliced
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger, Sliced
Directions

1Soak almonds overnight in several cups of water.

2Discard soaking water and rinse almonds in a deep bowl of water.

3Repeat rinsing until water runs clear.

4Place soaked almonds, listed amount of water, turmeric root and ginger root in a Vitamix.

5Blend on high speed for 60 seconds.

6Strain milk into a bowl or pitcher through a nut milk bag.

7Save pulp to make cookies or crackers.

8Serve.
