- 10 to 12 turnips
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 small pkg. cream cheese
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Boil peeled turnips in salted water.

2Drain and mash well. Add butter, softened cream cheese and sugar.

3Add more salt if needed.

4Place in casserole.

5Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
