- 2 lb. turnips, peeled and sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook turnips and onion in saucepan in a little water until tender.

2Drain and mash.

3Add next four ingredients to turnips and mix well.

4Spoon mixture into lightly greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and cheese.

5Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
