- 4 c. turnips
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 roll jalapeno cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
Directions

1Cook turnips in salt water and drain.

2Cook onion in oleo until tender.

3Add soup and turnips.

4Stir just until mixed.

5Pour into casserole dish and slice cheese.

6Place on top.

7Bake at 350° until cheese melts.
