  • 1 3/4 cups (packed) dark brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons whipping cream
  • 1 cup pecan halves, toasted
  • 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips (about 5 1/2 ounces)

    Mix flour, 1 cup brown sugar, and 3/4 cup butter in processor until well blended and crumble.

    Press mixture evenly into ungreased 9 X 13 X 2 inch metal baking dish. Bake until crust is light golden, about 15 minutes.
