  • 1 pkg. Kraft caramels
  • 1 c. walnuts or pecans
  • 1 stick butter or margarine

Directions

    Melt butter and caramels together; add nuts.

    Mix cake as directed.

    Pour 1/2 batter in long pan.
  4. 4
    Bake 15 minutes at 350°. Spread caramel mix on cake; pour remainder of cake batter over caramel and bake at 350° until done.
