  • 1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
  • 1 pkg. caramels
  • 1/2 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix cake mix.

    Pour 1/2 batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Melt butter and caramels; mix well.

    Stir in Eagle Brand milk.

    Sprinkle nut meats and chocolate chips onto baked cake.

    Pour caramel mixture over all.

    Add remaining mixture over the caramel mixture; bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
