  • 1 (12 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 lb. caramels
  • 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. pecans or walnuts
  • confectioners sugar

Directions

    Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour half of the batter into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Remove and set aside to cool.
