  • 1 chocolate cake mix
  • 1 pkg. caramels
  • 1/2 c. Pet milk
  • 2 c. nuts
  • 1 stick butter
  • 6 oz. chocolate chips

Directions

    Mix cake mix as directed; pour half of mix in bottom of pan and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Melt caramels in a double boiler and mix with butter and Pet milk.

    Pour over baked cake and sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips.
  4. 4
    Pour rest of cake mix over this and bake for about 20 minutes.
