  • 1 German chocolate cake mix
  • 1 (14 oz.) bag caramel candy
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1 bag chocolate chips
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix cake mix as directed.

    Pour half of mix in 9 x 12-inch pan.

    Bake 15 minutes.
  4. 4
    Melt caramels in the milk and pour over the cake in pan.
  5. 5
    Sprinkle chips over caramel, then add pecans. Pour rest of cake mix over pecans and bake 25 minutes or until done at 350°.

    Put your favorite icing on the cake.

    I like to put caramel icing on mine.
