Turtle Cake

   1. Prepare cake mix as directed on pkg adding 1/3 c. of the evaporated milk. Put half of this mix in a 13 x 9

   pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

   2. Meanwhile melt caramels and 1/3 c. evaporated milk. Add

   nuts.

   3. Pour caramel mixture over cake. Add chocolate chips,

   then top with remaining cake mix. 4. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
