Turtle Cake

   Preheat oven to 350°.

   Mix cake as directed on box.

   Pour half of the mix into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch cake pan.

   Bake for 15 minutes.

   In double boiler, melt caramels and milk together.

   Pour over cake.

   Spread chocolate chips over caramel. Spread nuts over chocolate chips.

   Pour remaining cake mix into pan and bake until done (about 20 to 25 minutes).
