  • 1 German chocolate cake mix
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 lb. caramel
  • other 1/2 can milk
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Melt and mix caramel and milk together.

    Spread over the baked layer.

    Sprinkle with 1 cup chopped pecans.

    Cover with remaining cake batter.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes.
