Ingredients: 2 c. crushed Oreo cookies (18 to 20 Oreos); 4 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine; 1 c. Marzetti caramel dip (any kind works); 1 c. toasted chopped pecans; 3 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese; 3/4 c. sugar; 5 tsp. cornstarch; 1 tsp. vanilla; 3 eggs (at room temperature); 3/4 c. melted chocolate chips

1 c. Marzetti caramel dip (any kind works)
1 c. toasted chopped pecans
3 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
5 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs (at room temperature)
3/4 c. melted chocolate chips

Directions

Press crushed cookies and melted butter or margarine into 9-inch spring-form pan.

Set aside.

Pour warmed caramel dip over chocolate crust; sprinkle pecans over dip.

Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed until smooth.

Blend in eggs, one at a time, at low to medium speed until well blended.

Add melted chocolate chips and mix until well mixed.
