  • 1/4 ounce dry white vermouth
  • 1/4 ounce grappa
  • 1 lemon twist
  • Ice
  • 3 ounces vodka
  • 1 rosemary sprig and 1 olive skewered on a pick, for garnish

    In a cocktail shaker, combine the vermouth and grappa.

    Pinch the twist over the shaker and drop it in.

    Shake well, then discard the mixture.

    Fill the rinsed shaker with ice.
