- 5 to 8 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 Tbsp. dried rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 boneless pork loin roast (3 to 4 lb.)
Directions

1In blender or food processor, combine garlic, oil, rosemary and salt.

2Blend until it turns into a paste.

3Rub over roast and let stand 30 minutes.

4Place on a greased baking rack, fat side up, in a roasting pan.

5Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until internal temperature is 160° to 170°.

6Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.

7Yields 10 to 12 servings.
