- 1/2 teaspoons Dry Basil
- 1/2 teaspoons Dry Rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoons Dry Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Salt
- 1/4 cups Flour
- 2 cups Chicken Or Vegetable Broth
- 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Great Northern Beans
- 1 can (14.5 Oz. Size) Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 bunch Kale
Directions

1Saute veggies in olive oil until slightly tender. Add spices and flour and cook for a minute. Deglaze pan slowly with broth, letting it thicken up. Add beans (drained), tomatoes and kale (pre-cooked, drained and chopped). Cook on low for 20 to 30 minutes.
