  • 2 c. dry red wine (Ernest & Julio Gallo Pink Chablis)

  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 28 oz. can tomatoes, drained and smushed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • cracked pepper to taste
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 potatoes
