  • butter
  • 1 lb. ground sausage
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated

    Brown sausage and drain well.
