  • 1 (12 oz.) can or bottle beer, or if preferred, 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. warm water
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 8 oz. process Swiss or American cheese
  • 5 c. all-purpose flour (approximately)
  • 2 pkg. dry yeast

    You will need two medium 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 loaf baking pans, greased or Teflon.

    Reduce heat 25° if glass pans are used.
