- 2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
- 1 - 2 lbs. ground beef, browned
- 1 large can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 can water

1Brown meat and drain.

2Melt Velveeta cheese and add Rotel. Add meat to mixture and a can of water.

3Let ingredients simmer. When soup is warm throughout, add cans of minestrone soup. Reheat soup.

4Pour over fritos.
