  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 (1 lb.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (1 lb.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. yellow corn muffin mix

Directions

    Melt butter in 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Add eggs and sour cream. Stir in both kinds of corn, salt and muffin mix.

    Bake at 350° for 50 minutes until set.
