- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 (1 lb.) can cream-style corn
- 1 (1 lb.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. yellow corn muffin mix
Directions

1Melt butter in 1 1/2-quart casserole.

2Add eggs and sour cream. Stir in both kinds of corn, salt and muffin mix.

3Bake at 350° for 50 minutes until set.
