- 3 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 doz. ground clams and juice
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 3 medium onions, diced
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- your favorite 2-crust pie dough
Directions

1Cook diced potatoes and onions together.

2When done, add clams and juice, then add thickener (flour and water).

3Add margarine. Roll out 1/2 of dough and place on bottom of 7 x 11 x 2-inch pan or large pie plate.

4Add other ingredients, except for eggs. Arrange hard-boiled eggs on top of filling.

5Roll out and place remaining 1/2 of dough on top.

6Bake in oven at 350° for 45 minutes.
