- 6 -11 peaches, peeled and sliced (can use drained canned peaches or frozen)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup margarine or 1/4 cup butter
- 5 slices white bread
Directions

1Prehead oven to 350 degrees.

2Place fruit in buttered 8x8 pyrex.

3Cut crusts from bread and tear bread into fingers.

5In bowl, mix sugar, flour, eggs and butter.
