- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. shortening
- 2 c. boiling water
- 4 eggs
- 4 pkg. yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 12 c. flour
Directions

1Cream sugar and shortening.

2Add boiling water and beat.

3Add beaten eggs.

4Dissolve yeast in warm water.

5Mix salt with flour and mix all together. Knead slightly.

6Let rise for 1 hour.

7Shape into rolls.

8Let rise another hour.

9Bake at 400° until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
