  • FOR THE BAGELS:
  • 1 cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt, Strained
  • 1 cup Self-Rising Flour
  • FOR THE TOPPINGS:
  • 1 whole Egg, Whisked
  • Trader Joes Everything But The Bagel Seasoning (optional)
  • Ground Cinnamon (optional)

Directions

    Add yogurt and self-rising flour in a bowl. Knead until texture reaches dough-like consistency. Add more flour if very sticky.

    Remove dough from bowl and shape into a ball. Divide into 3 to 4 pieces.

    Roll each piece of dough into a rope. Form a circle with the rope and pinch the ends together to form bagles. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

    In a bowl, whisk 1 egg and brush egg wash on top of each bagel. Sprinklg with desired toppings.

    Bake at 350°F for 27 minutes, or until golden brown and thoroughly cooked. Remove, let cool and enjoy!
