- 2 rounded Tbsp. Crisco
- 3 Tbsp. cold milk or water
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- dash of salt
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in bowl.

2Add enough flour to make dough easy to handle, but not stiff.

3Transfer to pastry board.

4Press out dough and fold over several times.

5(This makes crust flaky.) Add a little flour as needed to keep dough from sticking to board. Roll out and cover pie pan.

6Bake in 350° oven until slightly browned.

7Before baking, pierce dough with fork.
