  • 1-1/2 cups HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup margarine or butter
  • 1-1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 3/4 cup water
  • COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Directions

    Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine or butter; press on bottom and side of 9-inch pie plate.

    Set aside.

    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

    Blend 3/4 cup dissolved gelatin with sour cream; refrigerate for 20 minutes.

    Spoon into prepared crust; refrigerate.

    Stir cold water into remaining dissolved gelatin; refrigerate until thickened, about 20 minutes.

    Carefully spoon over sour cream layer.

    Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.
