- 1 large head cabbage, grated
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1/3 c. olives, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 c. corn oil
Directions

1Mix cabbage, onion, olives and bell pepper in a large bowl. Pour 3/4 cup sugar over mixture.

2Bring to a boil the remaining ingredients.

3Cool and pour over cabbage mixture; mix well.

4Store overnight in refrigerator before serving.

5May be kept for 2 weeks.
