  • 1 c. ground nuts
  • 2 egg whites, well beaten
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    In a small bowl gently fold nuts together with egg whites, sugar and lemon juice.

    Form into small balls, each about a teaspoon size.

    Chill and serve.
