  • 1 small cucumber, peeled
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed, should be very spicy
  • 1 C. plain whole milk yogurt
  • 2 t. lemon juice
  • 1 t. chopped fresh mint (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Peel cucumber and grate. Place in strainer. Drain of excess liquid. Blend all ingredients and chill. Serve with French bread or dolmadas.
