  • 12 cucumber, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt

    Clean and grate cucumber, then place in a cloth to drain.

    Put yogurt in a large bowl, add cucumber, garlic, dill, olive oil and salt.
