- 32 ounces yogurt
- 12 cucumber, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
Directions

1Drain yogurt completely.

2Clean and grate cucumber, then place in a cloth to drain.

3Crush Garlic.

4Put yogurt in a large bowl, add cucumber, garlic, dill, olive oil and salt.
