  • 1/2 whole Long English Cucumber, Thinly Grated
  • 1- 1/2 cup Greek Krema Yogurt, Drained
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Thinly Grated
  • 2- 1/2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt

Directions

    Once cucumber is grated soak up as much moisture as you can by squeezing it inside of a paper towel.

    Just wrap it up and squeeze it.

    Place all the ingredients into a dish and mix well.

    Enjoy with pita bread, souvlaki, or whatever you like!
