- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Peel and cut vegetables into chunks and cook in water covered with salt until almost done.

2Add prunes through lemon juice covering until cooked.

3Combine the last two ingredients and stir into the vegetable liquid to thicken.
