  • 2 pounds Carrots, Cut Into 1/2-inch Rounds
  • 1/2 cups Prunes, Cut In Half
  • 1/2 cups Dried Apricots, Cut In Half
  • 2 cups Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoons Celtic Sea Salt

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Place carrots, prunes, apricots and orange juice in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and salt. Cover dish with tin foil.

    Bake at 350°F for 60-80 minutes. Serve.
