- 1/2 cups Prunes, Cut In Half
- 1/2 cups Dried Apricots, Cut In Half
- 2 cups Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons Celtic Sea Salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F.

2Place carrots, prunes, apricots and orange juice in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and salt. Cover dish with tin foil.

3Bake at 350°F for 60-80 minutes. Serve.
