Ugly Cake

   Mix dry cake mix, butter, 1 egg and nuts.

   Pack and press in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Mix 2 eggs, 1 box powdered sugar and cream cheese with mixture. Pour over cake mix.

   Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes, until golden brown (do not overbake).

   Cool before slicing.
