  • 10 oz. onion, diced
  • 10 oz. carrots, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 oz. tomato paste
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 qt. chicken stock
  • 18 oz. potatoes, chopped
  • 12 oz. cabbage, julienned
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 20 oz. beets, cooked in salt water with vinegar, cooled and diced
  • 12 oz. white beans, cooled
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 tomato (ripe)
  • 1/2 sweet onion
