- 4 cloves garlic
- 20 oz. beets, cooked in salt water with vinegar, cooled and diced
- 12 oz. white beans, cooled
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 green pepper
- 1 tomato (ripe)
- 1/2 sweet onion
Directions
