  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, divided

  • 1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups hot cooked noodles
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

    Sprinkle paprika over chicken.

    Melt 1 Tbsp.

    butter in large skillet on medium heat.

    Add chicken, onions and garlic; cook 5 to 6 min.

    or until chicken is done, stirring frequently.

    Remove chicken mixture from skillet; cover to keep warm.

    Melt remaining butter in skillet.

    Add mushrooms and pepper; cook and stir 5 to 6 min.

    Spoon mushrooms to one side of skillet.
